I did really need a break. Maybe I will stop losing so much hair because I did refeed my body, even though I made some not so good choices

Thanks, that is so true. I need to stop basing my self worth on my size. My family loved me just as much when I was 250 pounds. The kids don't even see a difference in their mom unless I show them "before" pictures as a reminder. I guess they see me every day and don't notice the changes.

Update: I was worried for nothing! I weighed a little more for two days but I was back down to 162.4 this morning . I was relieved to see that number again. TOM is around the corner and I have been so hungry and snacky lately. I was concerned that I was going to blow it again but seeing that number has helped me stay on track. Thanks for all the encouragement everyone

Thanks I am counting calories. I started out with a range of 1600 - 1800 and I have slowly decreased my range to 1300 - 1400 over the last few months. I exercise 3-5 times a week and just try to stay active. Calorie counting has worked well for myself and many others here. Come check out the calorie counter forum anytime
