Having a harder time staying on track than usual because of a TOM from **** I'm currently battling (with bonus insane mood swings), but I'm hanging in there. Hope you all are doing great.

I've been in the 170's for probably a year or more and i can't wait to get out! I just started doing Brazilian jiu-jitsu and it super intense so I'm hoping that it will help me get to 169 by August.

WTG Dancerindenver! Takarixvx, Brazilian jiu-jitsu sounds intense...my gym doesn't offer anything nearly as exciting!

Down to 173.5 today...only 3.5-ish to go

Grrrr. The scale is not moving despite my careful calorie counting and exercise. Stuck at 178 for now and waiting patiently for a swoosh at some point.

You guys are doing better than I am! Went camping this weekend, with tons of hotdogs, hamburgers, eggs and bacon. Goodie! Weighed myself when I got home and was relieved to have only gained a lb, but know that tomorrows weigh in is going to be ugly. Pray for me. LOL
