Hey everyone! I just wanted to make a quick update since I haven't been posting as much in recent weeks (crazy work schedule that's now calmed down
)
Anyway, as of today I consider myself to be in maintenance. I've lost 110 pounds, bringing me to my goal of 145. I'm planning on slowly raising my calories starting monday until I settle somewhere between 140 and 145. I'm happy with myself because when I woke up this morning and I was at goal, I did my usual saturday routine of working out first thing in the morning, and then having 1.5 servings of fiber one. I didn't let myself "off the hook" and I guess that's my nsv for the day.
I'll make an official "goal" picture update thread within the next few days/weeks but I just wanted to come here and let everyone know about my progress because you all have helped me SO much through my journey. I don't think there was one day that I didn't read/look at this site. I'm inspired by all of you guys and I just wanted to say thank you!
