That was actually a pretty long-term transformation (March 2011 to August 2012). From 3/11-8/11, I upped my strength training and went from 132 to 125. Then I maintained. Starting 1/12 I heavied up my weight training some more. Then from 6/12-8/12, I went from 125 to the 121 you see in the pic.
