I used to wear bodysuits exclusively, but stopped after my first pregnancy. You can bet I still have one for the occasional dress that shows every lumpy bump. I imagine I will still wear at least control-top panties down the road another 50 pounds with particular garments.

There's no shame, it's YOUR body! Women have been using garments to control their shape for centuries, and it means nothing negative! If you feel more secure that way, go for it! I always did :)

I haven't read through all the posts here (keeping one eye on my toddler) but I recently read the book, "How to Never Look Fat Again" and she says everyone, no matter their size, MUST have a body shaper in their wardrobe. She prefers something that comes right up under the breasts and down over the thighs to mid thigh.

I have a Body Magic by Ardyss ... I think that's the name.
