Default I want to thank you Goal Achievers....
I am only 7 pounds into a 55 (maybe65) pound weight-loss commitment, and discovered today the value in printing out , reading, and keeping for future reading, the big volumous Goal Stories on this sub-forum. Keep them coming , please, because printed out and stacked in my personal journal, they're worth their weight in gold ! ~Jen

Oh I absolutely know what you mean. I love reading all of the posts on here but the goal stories are really what keep me going. Plus I really really love looking at everyone's ticker.

Congrats on starting your journey!! That was hardest for me. Once I started, I committed to it and kept going.

Having said that, I need to post a goal story I think.
