I read your post about how you were feeling bad after having eaten one of those bars the other day... and it's so awesome that you pushed through that craving today! It shows just how strong and determined you really are :] You WILL reach your goal!!
Way to go! Awesome! Sometimes we just need a little bit of time to soothe the craving or feeling that prompted us to pick up that-something in the first place.
