You can easily get into the mindframe of - "well, I didn't eat so well and I lost 4 pounds, I might as well continue eating poorly so that I can lose another 4 pounds".
Ummm, yeah, it doesn't work that way.
It was most likely a delayed reaction & the result of some previous weeks "good" behaviors.
So I agree. Enjoy the surprise and use it to motivate you and re-commit to doing all that you can to be healthy and shed the excess weight.
