I think many, though certainly not all, overweight people ARE emotional eaters. I know for SURE that I was/am/was. So you are by no means alone. And you are most definitely in the right place for support!

With a good plan in place, tools, strategies and learned skills you CAN get a grip on those wasted calories and shed each and every excess pound on you.

What methods will you be employing to get the job done? Have you come up with a plan? Have you decided on what course of ACTION you will be taking?

I for one won't wish you luck. Because lucks' got nothing to do with weight loss. Nothing. Weight loss doesn't HAPPEN to you. Just as weight GAIN doesn't. It doesn't happen by chance, it happens by CHOICE. We get to DECIDE whether or not we're overweight or not. It's in our own hands. We don't need to RELY on luck - luckily . It's about the choices that YOU make. Day in and day out. In order for weight loss TO occur, it will take hard work, a solid, reasonable plan (that you will have to MAKE work), determination, perseverance, commitment, dedication and devotion.
