I've heard many people talking about their weight gain during 'that' time of month. (due to bloating) I have a question, do you usually gain the weight the week before your actual cycle, or during?
I usually start gaining the week before, keep it the week of and lose it a few days after it ends. Lol. So it’s like two weeks where my weight is just completely off. Which is why I weigh once a month!
For about two weeks before, I won't lose any weight, but about 2 days after I start droping a 1/2 pound a day for about a week from water. I hate the two weeks before, but LOVE the two weeks after!!

I never had gained before until this last TOM I was on... I gained a pound the day before I started, then another one on the 2nd day. By the time it was over I had lost 1 pound and the day after, the other one was gone.
I was wondering about this too. My TOM should be here within the next couples of days. I'm feeling a bit bloated but there's been no gain on the scale...yet! Guess I'll see in a few more days.
My weight usually stays the same the week before and I often get a better loss a few days into TOTM. Depending upon how my weigh in day lines up with it.
Normally I gain for the first few days before and lose after. But when I start an exercise/diet routine, my periods get out of wack for a good 2-3 months, so it becomes more muddled.

And I'm right on the end of the plateau stage (possibly tmi). YAYAY!!!!! Cant wait to start losing again!!!
