I'm sorry your frustrated. Ive been through the same things. Over and over again. I've been at it 3.5 years and I am still working toward my goal. Your exercise sounds awsome!! I am so proud of you for working out like that, it is just what you need.
What I have found is that my body is affected by several issues.
1. This will be number 1 because I'm dealing with it right now: Mid-cycle gain. I can gain anywhere from 3-6 pounds during this week it drives me insane, but I am aware of it and I deal with it.
2. Carbs in the evening. I usually eat late because of my schedule, and I have found that if I eat bread or pasta after 6 I am more bloated in the morning so I show a slight gain.
3. Not eating after my workout will stall my loss. I have just figured this out within the last 6 months. I need to eat a small amount of carbs with some protein after my workout.
4. Any time I feel a sore muscle I will not show a loss at all. Most of the time it is a small gain.
I lose very very slow and it takes a lot of patience. I constantly have to remind myself that my health is more important than what the scale says. By working out daily, I am in the best shape of my life.
