I was horrible emotional eater, I'm better now, but I still do it. I forgot my healthy snacks at home today and I was sitting at my desk wondering what would be the healthiest thing to eat out of the junk filled vending machine. After reading your post I'm eating the carrot sticks I brought for lunch and during lunch break I'm going to go out and find a grocery store to pick up a healthy afternoon snack.
