Its very scary to make a lifestyle change.. when i started last year and i could feel physical differences it was scary because there was a "new" me coming out and ya know what i kinda liked her!!! but over the holidays i have kept her sedated with junk food.. now is the time to let the ***** out again LOL We can do this girl its hard to get on the wagon. but like it was said there are some dang smart ppl here to help us out!!
And don't forget Daisy May, you have not failed until YOU say it's over...I see that your goal is to lose 35kg, what if you only lose 25? Are you a failure? I don't think so!
Besides, any man who doesn't love you at your worst doesn't deserve you at your best!
