I really did NOT believe that it could happen. I was convinced that eating = gaining weight, no matter how much exercise I did.

Truth is, NOT eating = gaining weight.

It's taking me a while to understand and believe that, but obviously I'm doing SOMETHING right. XD Thanks!!!
