What a great question! Thanks for posting it. I'm in the same boat as some of you. My DH just had a fitness test and is in the "extremely lean" category and he eats WHATEVER HE WANTS! One strange thing about him though: He only eats when he's hungry. Can you imagine???

I am following Wendy Chant's Crack the Fat Loss Code and am loving it so far. I am having a separate dinner on many evenings and trying to explain to my 3 young sons that I am trying to get my body extra strong and that they don't need to worry about it because they are so strong already. Of course when it is grilled chicken and veggies for everyone, they wonder why they have to eat "Mommy food!"
So often for me it's about adding starches for the boys to a meal of lean protein and veggies. (And then making sure there are brownies for my husband - if he eats like I eat he would literally waste away).
