Well, it seems that my switch back to a pescetarian lifestyle is working. My insides feel sooo much better - lighter and more in tune, my family meal plan looks a whole lot healthier (husband is happy to see all of those dark greens) and I lost 3lbs last week. My attitude is much better also.

I honestly don't know what I'd do without fish and seafood! I don't think I'd be able to lose any weight at all--it's soooo delicious, yet so healthy, low cal, low fat, amazing! I can treat myself with a meal without it being unhealthy--in fact it's incredibly healthy! I'm not a pascetarian like you, I'll eat meat on occasion, but probably only one a week.
Oh, I'm the same. My main diet is pescetarian, but I'll eat meat every now and again like twice a month. I'm feeling great. Had a great salmon meal tonight and I haven't felt like eating at night.
