Currently my weight loss and diet is going well however i have hit a wall and need somemotivation when it comes to exercise i am going to try out HITT .
However im currently unemployed and my boyfriend is working away which is gettin tedius

i see him at week ends but i cant describe how much i miss him,i find it hard to occupy my time . Seems i have to much time and i get in the dumps with no job and no bf to share my time with. And i just cant seem to find the motivation or energy in me 2 start a exercise regime ,which seems insane when i currently have all the time in the world to do one untill a job comes up GRRR it gets frustrating.
Stuck in a rut!...................any uplifting suggestions?
