I did my house work top 2 bottom and felt like id done a work out , tomorrow i have tons of ironing.

So even if i havent got time 2 wrok out i know my house work will be burning calories

Well I don't really have any good news for today considering the day just started but I dooo have some good news.

My sleeping schedule has been opposite lately (sleeping all day staying up all night) and I'm slowly but surely fixing that, yay me!

Also though I thought I had reached a plateau I pulled through and lost another few pounds.

And my pants...that were slightly tight before are now starting to fit more comfortably.

And last but definitely not least...~ -drumroll- I've lost an inch and a half off of my waist!

I didn't have stuff for lunch so I went to the grocery and this morning before work and got something healthy to eat instead using it as an excuse to order chinese or something.

I have successfully managed to resist the bar of chocolate that is my fridge. I also got myself up this morning, after a weekend of badness, and decided to really commit to getting myself back on track this week!

Oh you guys....you all are doing such a great job!!! I love this thread. It makes me feel so good to read how well everyone is doing.

Lets see...today i have eaten totally on plan and i went to my spinning class. I also made a committment to take an extra "lunchtime" spinning class tomorrow. So...now i just have to stay on plan for the rest f the day. I've already had lunch, so my next food option will be an afternoon snack and dinner.
