Cool update
ok girls i finally cut the mt, dew an went to propel water, good choice i know an i still drink 2 glasses of tea a day, i have been changeing my eating habits a bit slowly but i'll get better. it just seems everything is gonna take forever an i know waight loss is not fast but geesh im anxious. i just wanted tp update everyone. thanks
