Dong quai is an herbal supplement. It's one of the ingredients in breast enhancement pills...lol Talk to your Doc, guess it could help... Magnesium supplementation has been proven in numerous studies to help ease the discomfort of PMS, and it does work for me when I take it faithfully. I don't usually have TOM issues, matter of fact when it hits relief sets in. PMS is very hard on me, but I fight the cravings and temptations tooth and nail. The awesome thing is, when you make it through without binging, (or over eating in general), you usually experience a pretty good whoosh on the scale. (At least in my experiance) Instead of having to re-lose a few pounds, you get to enjoy a new lower weight.
