That is an excellent point! Also, weighing yourself is the worst way to monitor the success of a diet. Fat calipers are by far the best way to monitor it, or even a measuring tape. Muscle adds more weight, but also burns more calories at rest. Not to mention water weight could also be a problem which is temporary.
Also, everyones caloric needs are different. You just have to trial and error it yourself to see what works best for you!
