I haven't tracked in a few months, exercising has not been great and I haven't kept up with weekly weigh ins. About 3 months ago my computer completely crashed. Got a new one (used actually) a month later but still forgot about tracking and weighing. During this past weekend I decided I HAVE TO GET BACK ON TRACK. Brought some healthy foods, fruits, veggies, fish, chicken, oatmeal, wheat pasta and brown rice. Plan on starting the Hollywood Trainer diet plan next week. (have to wait until I can go shopping) Anyway I weighed myself today (Tuesday will now be my official weigh in day- again it's been so long and I'm starting the plan next Tues) I expected it to say 135 or 136 even higher but I was pleasantly surprised to see the scale say 132 which isn't bad since my last 3fc weigh in was 129.
I'm really happy about this, I was expecting a 7-8lb gain and only got 3.
