Pms
Okay...I don't know about anyone else, but the week before my period, I crave carbs like nobody's business! Anything from bread/pasta/crackers to chocolate and those fatty cold coffee drinks (mint mocha chip frappaccino's are what come to mind).
How do you girls deal with it? This week I haven't done as horrible as I've done in the past. When I was craving pasta I let myself have some whole wheat pasta with Newman's Own spaghetti sauce. But then I also caved in to the mint mocha chip drink, chips, and lots of other bad things (not all in one day, but I've done bad pretty consistently). It seems no matter what I do, I can't get rid of the cravings and I always tend to cave in.
Not only that, but I get extremely tired and have no motivation at all to excercise. I only exercised once this week. Any advice? Are there maybe certain vitamins/supplements I should consider taking?
