Yes I most certaintly did. It is very frustrating. I just keep tweaking my diet and fitness to fit my new self. The hardest thing for me to wrap my head around was I needed more calories. I mean, I am trying to lose weight so I figured more food would only hinder that...and it would if I were choosing junkie foods but I am pretty strict with eating healthy and though I have days where I struggle to meet my daily calorie goal, I try hard to stick to the plan I have for myself. It is not a concrete plan either. It is flexible and I change it quite often in the hopes of keeping the stalls at a minimum. The only thing I can do though is eat healthy, eat enough calories, exercise, stay focused and determined and never give up on me. I wish you all the success with this journey..you deserve it!

awww thank you! i think im going to push up to 1500 this week. maybe itll help boost my metabolism. yeah the idea of eating more when you've been working so hard is very tough to accept. especially the fear of going into the weekly weigh in and seeing a gain, but i guess maybe my body is getting too used to what im doing. thanks for all your kind words and help!

You are very welcome. Be sure to give your body time to adjust to the new calories. If the scale goes up at first, don't give up. I usually wait it out a couple weeks and if the scale is not moving down then I change things around again.

Good luck
