I'm not sure why you're so worried about your bowels. Anytime you change eating habits, things have to adjust. Maybe you should just take it easy and not try to force things in general? What's the rush?

i've found that when i have a change in my routine- travel, eating habits, work schedule, etc.- i am less "regular." and when i get anxious about it, it's even worse! i hate that bloated feeling, too. when it happens, i really try not to think about it much, which is easier said than done, i know, but if i'm stressing out about it, nothing seems to help. i hope tomorrow is better for you!
