Default Liposuction?

Anyone considered having lipo?
I'm kind of thinking of it, when I get to my goal. My healthy weight, for Body Fat Index, is pretty low, thanks to the fat on my stomach. If I continue to diet past my goal weight, and lose evenly, things will get pretty ugly. And I know you can't spot reduce through diet or exercise. So why not go straight for the problem?
Anyone else thinking of this?

It kind of reminds me of that scene from the first Indiana Jones. The bad guy is coming at him with a sword, whipping it around, heading straight for him, and it looks like Indiana's a goner--then he just pulls out a gun and shoots him.

I've told myself that if I get to my goal, and then maintain it for a year, I'll let myself get a little tweak done on my thighs/hips. I was at 5 pounds above my goal for about a second once and that was still a tough area for me -- I looked great everywhere, maybe even a little TOO skinny up top, but my upper thighs were still pudgy and rubbed together.

I was in a car vs. bike accident 5 years ago and have a calcified hematoma on one hip so when I lose weight it sticks out and looks like I have a golf ball under my skin. I'd get that removed and then as long as I was under, get a little tweak here and there.
