Yes my glasses got too loose for me about 5 months ago and kept slipping down my nose. I've now chaged to contacts and only wear glasses now late at night or on weekends when I'm not going out.
My feet have got narrower and possibly a little shorter but I think I really only used to get a half size larger for the additional width (even though I bought wide).
Yes, of course the wrists get smaller. My bracelets and watches were just swimming on me. Swimming. There is fat EVERYWHERE. Never mind my feet getting smaller, even my toes did. My earlobes did too. When we pack on the pounds, no area is safe.
This really isn't something "falling off" but I've noticed too that in my kitchen, when I need to walk behind a chair that someone is sitting in, now they don't need to pull in so there is more room for me to pass between the wall and their chair. I like, I like!!!

EARLOBES??? Wow, now that's something....
I have had the wrists go down, my feet are still the same, but then I haven't lost a lot of weight yet.
I only used my old glasses for reading and driving. I got my previous pair just about the time I started my healthy diet. A few months ago they literally fell off me when I bent over to pick something up. I went to the eye doctor last month to have my eyes checked again and the lady helping me with the lens selection kept telling me I should get new frames because my old ones were entirely too big for my face...I admit I kind of looked like Steve Urkel...lol This time I got some new "thin" glasses and they look good. I remember searching for the biggest pair last time because I never cared for the look of the newer thin line glasses on people with fat faces...(me).
Oh and ear lobes...lol I too have much daintier ear lobes. A few year ago my hubby bought me diamond earrings for Christmas and I kind of though he was a cheap scape because they looked so tiny...WELL now, they look huge...

Hang on. Just hang on. You will be amazed at how your body will change. I found the whole journey thrilling and fascinating for this very reason. Watching my body transform right before my very eyes. It really is something. Knowing that I was the one that was manipulating the changes made it even that much more astounding.

I always felt it was a bit like watching the tide go out. I would run my hands down my body, feel my collar bone, my hip bone, my wrists...like seashells left on the beach after the water receded. It was pretty magical - I still love feeling my hipbone.
Of course, it's not all sunshine and sparklies. I remember the first Christmas I spent wrapping presents sitting on a hard wood floor thinking "why does my butt hurt so much?" duh - when your butt gets bony, hard wood floors hurt!
Yeah it happened to me.. last time I lost weight and got down to 143.. I was wearing contacts so I didn't really notice the glasses at first, but one day I was running late and I tried my glasses on.. they were HUGE! My hair was getting held back and they were very loose and uncomfortable. Weirdest thing.
Now I'm wearing the same frames again, but I can't wait until they start to fall off lol.

Yeah ugh, that is the one thing I dislike, lol chairs start to hurt and my boyfriend even commented at one point that he could feel my ribcage when we cuddled. I mean, I don't mind the ribcage as much, but yeah.. not feeling the butt getting bony.

I have found the same thing with my shoulders: they're getting bonier and because I do a lot of martial arts work, every time I shoulder roll from high up, I roll over my shoulder blade. Talk about REALLY painful!
My glasses are falling off as well, and since I can't wear contacts, I have to constantly get them readjusted.
