I am losing weight because
I will be healthier and happier with myself because no matter if my husband likes me as is....if I am not happy with myself and if I give myself no respect; than who will?
I want to be able to buy my clothes at a normal place like walmart or target.
I want to be healthier for the next time my husband and I try to conceive
I want to be more fertile.
I want to have more energy.
I came to my realization when I saw my mother last before she died of heart issues. She had health problems that were tied to obesity. I tried telling her but she never listened. I do not want to wind up like that.
