I'm about to figure out what I am having for lunch now... I'm so glad tomorrow is Thursday (I get my weekly grocery money from my payee) so I can get more food. I don't have much left... Well, I'll see what I end up with today... I'm gonna try and eat before I think so I get better results and not try and modify what I eat so I know what I have been eating before today if that makes any sense...
P.S. Sorry if this is a bit off-topic... But thanks for the help since I was wondering that as well... Haven't seen the show but saw someone mentioning this...

I suggest calculating what you USED to eat in a day- I'm guessing that number exceeded over 3000 calories. When I wanted to lose weight I found out I was eating 2300-2500 calories a day.
My trainer used to take very large clients as well, he had a man that was 350 lbs and was eating 1400 calories a day and not losing an ounce- he told that man to switch up to 2500 a day and the weight started coming up. Everytime he lost like 10-20 lbs they would recalculate and lower the calorie count.
So take what you used to eat on an average day (and be honest with yourself) then see if eating that 2200 calories a day really is going to be a lot less than you used to it- if it's not, try 1500-1800 a day, I think that's a good amount for most people.
