It didn't win. It's just a bun, some meat and some cheese. And maybe some other stuff thrown in. It's not a defeat, it is a meal.
Something that REALLY stuck with me, that my friend told me, is that part of my problem is my "all or nothing" attitude. I am learning, slowly learning, that TRUE, LONG TERM weight-loss is not about winning or losing. It's not about defeat. It's about methodical, habit-changing, permanent lifestyle modification.
