So, I only lost one pound this past week when I got weighed in at Weight Watchers...this means I've lost 7 pounds...
I want to get to 10 pounds this Saturday...this means I need to lose 3 pounds....I went on Fitday and it said that I need to eat 2100 calories in order to lose 3 pounds by Saturday...
Maybe, I think that loosing 3 lbs in a week might be a little high. What I would do is eat a very clean 1800-2000 calories daily and up the exercise and water. If you've just started loosing there is the possibility to loose 3 lbs this week, but even if you only loose a lb or two its still something to be proud of.
