I got off to a slow start with this challenge but ya know, I feel good now. My husband is going to be 'dieting' (I hate that word) with me starting tomorrow so I think it's going to be so much easier for me/us.
JenJen ~ Woo Hoo!! What will power you have
Congratulations on that BIG loss!! You're off to a GREAT start! Listen, I may have asked you this already but I can't seem to remember ....where in Texas as you? I'm in the Dallas/Fort Worth area.mj ~ you know, sometimes we just need to sit and ponder, take a step back and think.....I do that alot, especially lately. (age does that
) So just take that time and decide what you want for your long term life and your short term life.....we all need to reevaluate at times. Keep your focus.
Es ~ how you's doin'??
Have a blessed Sunday afternoon

and eat better!! I hope to lose, we'll say 15 pounds.

So this afternoon, around 4pm, he had lost 12.5 pounds!! Now, remember, first week, male and bigger than me......oh how I will be so thankful for half that.
