I think the Wii Fit balance board is rude, too. :-)

When I step on, it does "ooh." And, then, when I can't do the stupid balance test, it asks if I find myself tripping when I'm walking down the street. LOL.

I am dreaming of the day when I get on the WiiFit and it doesn't say "That's OBESE!"

I will be so happy when it says "That's OVERWEIGHT!" :P

God, I hate that voice. I just picture a little Japanese schoolgirl putting her palms over her mouth and giggling immediately afterwards.

"You OVAWEIGHT. Hehehehehehehe."

*****.

Mine works fine. but it is on a flat surface. Seems to agree within a couple of pounds with my bathroom scale, and when my weight goes down in the bathroom, it goes down on the wii fit scale.
Hey, anyone know other good programs for the wii fit??

My Wii fit is 100% accurate! only reason I know is because i have to go to my doctors once a week and my Wii ALWAYS gives me the same results as the doctors scales says! .. there is actually a way to check to see if your board is functioning properly.. like it does a self scan of itself to figure out if it's in sync.. i forgot how to do it but my husband does that once a month to makes sure it's functioning properly... and it does need to be on a hard flat surface we switched it from our carpet to our tiled kitchen floor and there was a difference!

I LOVE the Wii Fit! I don't know how accurate it is, but I've noticed that it seems pretty consistent. I especially love that if you do some training before you do the body test, you get a lower weight and the balance tests are easier. I will say that it seems within a pound or two of the other two scales I've used here and there, but I use the Wii Fit for tracking purposes.

Mine seems to be pretty accurate. I wish it wasn't. I am in the minority I like the little Wii voice I wish it was enough of a motivation to actually get on it and work.
