I recommend one that's made with natural ingredients, like one you would find at a healthfood store. I personally take spirulina, chlorella, colostrum, and D-3. I shy away from multivitamins and prefer foods in more of a natural state. I took source of life vitamins when I was pregnant with my first and second children. They have good ingredients.
Yep... It's bovine colostrum, tho. It's a really good immune system booster and rebuilds soft tissue. Great if you have bad joints. The best write-up that I've read about is in the Complete Candida Yeast Guidebook. They also talked about it aiding in weight-loss, too.

Wow, never heard of it. I feel better that it's bovine and not human.
I also use Rainbow Light - the Women's Just Once multi with probiotics. They smell terrible, but it's cheaper than buying the multi and probiotics separately.
I like Life Extension Foundation's 2 per day tablets. I've been a member with LEF for years, and I like that they're a non-profit organization and they're funding legitimate research. They're at lef.org if you want to check them out.
