I've read everyone's posts, and think the challenges are great. Bikini .. I meant for the weeks challenge to be mid week .. to help get over the hump day ... perhaps we can start again on Monday

So far, I've made it to Curves twice this week. We had a massive snow storm and I didn't get there. No excuses! I don't believe in 'em .. so I'm getting my butt up early Saturday and gonna go sweat!

Keep you your personal challenges everyone!

I will NOT snack on random little things around the house. My mother made green bean casserole (eek, dangerous food I know), and I had a few bites. Then later or the next day I would just randomly snack on a few things here and there. I would have a handful of peanuts or a few pretzels. Not factoring the calories into my diet. I've been doing that alot the past week or so. (I'm going to blame it on PMS this ONE time, though thats no excuse). Thankfully I'm starting to get back on track and it didnt get out of control this time.

Wow, y'all are doing great!

I'm going to do an hour long yoga tape in a few minutes (my yoga pants are in the dryer right now). So, once I complete the tape, I'll have four days of movement down.

My plan for the next two days is:

Friday: Exercise tape of some sort
Saturday: Kickboxing

This is really keeping me motivated! I was thinking about skipping the yoga tape, but just thinking about coming back here and posting when I finished it made me decide to just go ahead and do it!

I'll put in that belly dance DVD that I've been studiously ignoring.

Exact same thing here - down to the yoga tape. Didn't make it to the gym class yesterday and decided to do 1 hour yoga DVD instead - and kicked my butt doing it! Without this thread I might have let it slide and used the extra hour for working (or, even more probable, 20 min work and 40 min procrastination... )

Now I'm off to the gym - this time for real!

I did 20 minutes of yoga yesterday; not quite as much as I was hoping, but I guess it's better than nothing.

Today, I think I'll take a rest day, since I haven't had a rest day all week. But tomorrow, I will do kickboxing!

Went to the gym yesterday and hey, new instructor! She looked so harmless but man, I'm soooore today. But I will stay true to my commitment and squeeze in some yoga today. The weather looks so great from in here that I'm sorely tempted to try a little outdoor running, but I'm afraid most of the paths are still too icy... well, maybe a short round or a nice walk instead...
