Cool Just 3 Pounds

Even though I have only lost 3 pounds in 3 weeks, I notice my sweaters not fitting me the same, I usually wear xxL or some of my sweaters are xL.. But I don't get comments on elevators anymore as I just did a month ago.. You look more pregnant then she does.. It's amazing in just 3 weeks, some sweaters look too big on me.. That is what is keeping me going..

That's wonderful! Sometimes it doesn't take long to notice a change

Good for you to go ahead with your weight loss program.
It feels quite encouraging when everyone starts noticing the changes that you have been trying to work out.
Well, stay focused and hang on with your diet and other things that you have worked out to lose your weight

Good luck

Good for you! Just think what a few more pounds will look like. It's what keeps me going, too! Good luck!

Congrats!!!! Yeah sometimes you can lose inches before you lose actual lbs. I think I would take losing the inches first.

Congrats pounds lost is pounds lost!

I have lost 35 lbs and no one has noticed yet.

I told an elderly man who is my friend and very outspoken as many seniors are that I lost 35 lbs and he said 35 pounds off a man my size is like swiping your hand across the top of a TV set and swiping the dust off it!

He was joking of course and he cracked me up with his brutal honesty! LOL!

And remember if you are lifting weights and dieting you could be building muscle at the same time as losing fat so there would not be much weight difference.
