Thanks everybody for your comments and suggestions!

I did finally talk to them last night. Mr 17 is really just afraid that I will hurt myself. He thinks that if I exercise I will overdo it and "break again" (as he put it). He thinks if I diet that I will over do that too and starve myself. Just as I thought I had him convinced that I knew what I was doing and that he didnt have to worry a new thought smacked him in the head. "are you going to get skinny and start going to bars to find men?" Before I could stop laughing at that thought he informed me that he would break any mans legs who dares step into our house lol

I was right about my youngest. He honestly had no idea. He's heard me say things like that for so long that he didnt realize that it now hurts.

Ok, I see no point in this post other than trying to start drama. Really, you should have read the post. Every parent has at some point said they have wanted to strangle their children. That doesn't mean they serious or that they would actually do it. Its just a little venting sarcasm.
