I would just like to say first day i signed up and started reading all these success stories i have been staying on the ball with my eating and exercising. I have actually been working out alot harder because of this site, great support and great people. I would just like to see if there are other people out here that are as thankfull as i am .

Me, me, me!!!! This community has been a great source of inspiration, thoughtful discussion, real stories of successes and struggles - and I have found my story interwoven in so many of these posts. This has allowed me to fine-tune my path and my direction, and, perhaps I - no - I will - I will be able to post my success story, when that time comes.

So, yes, I am truly grateful to this marvelous group!!!

I couldnt have said it better myself. I found 3FG while googling some diet pill and I have thanked God for putting this site in my search results every day since.

I will not hesitate to say that 3FC saved my life in a way. Who knows what would have happened to me down the road had I not smartened up now. I don't know if I would have the same kind of success with becoming a healthier person, without this site. I get so much encouragement from others on here, and apparently give people a little bit of encouragement myself. That in itself makes me want to succeed that much more. Just knowing my success might help others succeed is all the reason I need to... succeed. lol

I am totally grateful!!!!!!!!!!! all of you are wonderful and inspirational. I dont feel like I have to hide anything from y'all because you have been through it!!!! and you give me support when my skinny sister steals my apples

This site has been amazing, I am sooo grateful for it and for all the wonderful people here! I love coming here, it is like coming home. It it weren't for all the great advice, support and encouragement I know that I wouldn't be doing as well as I am.

If i feel the need to make unhealthy food choices or mindlessly binge, I come here.

If I hear that little voice in the back of my head telling me that it's ok to skip working out.. I come here

I come here first thing in the morning.

This place truly is amazing..
