Default Calories for today

I usually try to eat around 1300-1600 calories a day, but today I had a little extra(about half of a chicken wrap on whole wheat with veggies, so not terrible), but I ended up in the 1900 range. With an hour of exercise, is that going to hinder my weight loss?

It shouldn't have that much of an impact. Just chug some water and do a little bit extra exercise (add 10 minutes) for the next couple days. Your body won't even notice

if you have been on the low end of your calories, not to worry And many people think a high calorie day is no biggie. AND 300 calories really for one day is not a big deal. and RN is correct, you can add 10 extra min, for a few days to compansate so again,, no biggie...

You'll be ok. Just remember that there will always be the odd slip. As long as you brush yourself off and keep up with what you were doing everything will be fine!

No it won't! if you did it every day (outside your decided calorie range) then you need to step up your workout. it also depends on your workout...if you do weight training too then you need the extra calories to rebuild the muscle damage (and some glutamine!).

Well, burning 1300 calories in the body results in one pound loss of weight . You just had a little extra.I feel you wouldn't have any problem consuming that little bit. However put yourself in control during weak moments that destroy your dreams of losing weight .

to 3fc Maria!
not to be rude or correct you on your first post, 3500 calories=1lb so 300 calories over for the day is really no biggie
