Hey, girl!!

I know you can do this! Sounds like a lot of us need to buckle down and get back to basics. I was out of town this weekend and I would rate my food choices a D. Off plan from Friday night through---ummm.....dinner tonight. Argh!

My goal is for super clean eats this week and some great exercise. How 'bout you?

I, however, have every intention of avoiding the scale in the morning. I do NOT need to see the water weight. It would be too depressing.
