How funny, we are making one of those tonight!
For lunches, we usually have leftovers but there are all sorts of things to bring:
--- buy some of those steamer bags that have frozen veggies in them, steam one and add to brown rice and chicken with some soy sauce or teriyaki sauce
--- as others have said, sandwiches and fruit
--- egg whites drizzled with balsamic vinegar + a salad
--- on the weekend, you could make a nice homemade veggie soup to save on the sodium and cals
--- Healthy Choice has these pasta dishes that are in the packaged dinner section (not the frozen), I've never tried one but it looks easy and quick.
