Default TOM vs. Exercise: I won!

Sheesh! I hate TOM. Just messes with my chi

I was thrilled (afterward) that I made it through my exercise routine today, even when I was convinced I wasn't going to do it.

After doing errands after work and cooking/preparing myself breakfast/lunch for work tmr, I felt absolutely wiped out & took a 20 minute nap, then did pilates on my bed for the legs (excellent choice, keeps me from actually LEAVING my bed for another 20 minutes ).

I then went and started on the treadmill, thinking "okay, 3.6 mph while walking is not bad to start with....." I just slowly over time, increased the mph so by the last 15 minutes of my workout was at 4.0 mph and boosted the level incline form a current level 5 to a level 6!

So, I kept to my workout regime by changing some things around to keep a good, hard sweat going, while I read the latest edition of SELF magazine on the treadmill. Yippie!

I did it! I don't know about tomorrow's workout (if I'll be able to do it or not), but at least tonight, I did my best!

Fantastic! You've got some serious good habits going on

You're not the only one who does pilates in bed ;-)

Okay I never thought to do pilates in bed but that's GENIUS! I hate doing them on the floor with that stupid mat!

Way to go!

I've let just being tired in the mornings beat me every day this week... I should try mixing it up some, too...
