Oooh. Beck's Light is the beer with 64 calories and 3.9 grams of carbs. I have three of these at the bar and can have a decent night on the calorie cheap!

Re: margaritas my information of 160 calories comes from the Bartenders Guide for a standard size margarita, I know most margaritas come in a fish bowl sized glass. I think even a 160 calorie drink is too much when there are other options. I just wanted to show some of the differences in drinks.

Sigh...sorry. But. (beer snob from the land of microbrew) what's the point? I would rather have one real true guinness or irish stout on nitro than any number of lite beers.

LOL me too!!! I never could get used to the taste of light beer. I rarely drink anymore, though I did over indulge on Christmas day and felt like crapola the next day. Oh, I am too old for that! Before that it was back in March. Alcohol makes me crave cigarettes too. I haven't even thought about smoking in many months until about my 3rd glass of wine on Christmas day. (I never want to start smoking again!!) I usually stick with club soda and a lime wedge. Tastes pretty darn good and basically 0 calories.
