This is my 3rd attempt to lose weight but the 1st time since gaining a LOT of weight.
I joined the Army in 97 (I was 20). The max weight for my height was 142 but I think I got down to 155 and I make it in because my body fat was below 30%.
I got out of the Army in 2001 and within the 1st year I got up to 180. I did WW and lost 14 lbs.
I gained it all back because I didn't workout. I vowed never to get over 200 but it happened, not sure when because I didn't weigh myself to much. I just ignored what was happening and continued to buy bigger pants.
So this September I decided to change my life and tackle this weight issue. So far so good

Glad I found the site and I'm learning a lot from the maintainers. Hope to join them next year
