Thanks for the advice everyone! I didn't know this had been discussed not too long ago, but I'll definitely look up that thread. I'm wearing lots of clothes today and have my blanket ready. I'm the director of an outdoor ed program, so it's absolutely normal for me to come in all dressed up in with my long johns and boots.
Things are much better today - I checked my blood pressure when I got home and it was really low. Had a pack of ramen noodles (I know these aren't healthy, but the doc recommended them for a quick sodium fix) and things were back to normal by the time I went to bed. I think that I'm just going to need to make sure to be more prudent with the blood pressure monitor, and I've stocked one of my drawers with some pretzels and saltines...
This is a wonky question, but does anyone know any healthy foods that are high in sodium? I HATE pickles, but I can't think of anything else off the top of my head...
