Smile Weight loss rewards?

I started at 250 lbs. I am trying to come up with a good reward so when I reach 200 lbs. I thought maybe something I don't normally do. I work in a warehouse environment, so I thought a trip to a spa/salon would be a treat. Any suggestions?

I always bribe myself with clothes. Or shoes. Or purses. (etc.)

But a spa sounds pretty nice too!

How about a nice piece of jewelry? A nice pair of earrings or a bracelet? But a spa does sound nice too! I am at a similar starting point as you and I should start dreaming about my reward for hitting onederland

I finally bought a few new pieces this last month. I am wearing a 10 as opposed to my old 16/18 size.

I found it very motivating. I can't believe I am in a ten first off. Secondly, I love seeing myself in the mirror now--although I still have a ways to go. Most of all though, wearing the new clothing and appearing smaller is getting a tons of comments from other people. It is very motivating to me that way.

Clothes!!!! Definitely you will need clothes even on the way to that goal but maybe something special.

Spa day would be nice too. I guess it's whatever keeps you eating and exercising and staying on plan.

Clothes of course :-D Buying a smaller pair of jeans could be the best reward ever.

I plan to splurge on a pair of really magnificent pair of jeans once I reach my goal weight. Until then, I am buying cheaper stuff at Winners etc. - I really don't want to spend more than $20 on jeans right now.
Otherwise, I bribe myself with workout clothes. But it really is not a bribe - when I have workout clothes that I enjoy wearing, I want to go to the gym and work out so from this perspective it is working out well for me.

I am one of the people who do not like to buy clothes in smaller size to "shrink into", as motivation. I need to know how I feel in an item and how it fits, so that's not for me but a lot of ladies here motivate (and reward) themselves this way.

A spa treatment is a great idea.

I did the same thing with 'rewards'-- I think I did shoes for 10 pounds, hair highlights for 15 pounds, pedicure at 20, new jeans/pants at 25 pounds (plus the added bonus of looking nice in my wedding photos).
