I'm struggling today. I keep eating even though I know I'm not hungry. I actually had to speak out loud and tell myself to put down the reeses pieces earlier. AND there are cookies and cake in the kitchen at work today!
That is one thing I always hated when I worked in an office. There was ALWAYS food. Watch the thin people. They'll have a little sliver of something and never go back. For some reason it doesn't call to them like it did me. At break time, go outside and get some fresh air...leave the treats for the treat pushers...LOL
