Me: 184, down two pounds from last week. Up and down, up and down. Better than just going up, certainly. But I really want to focus on going down, just down. I don't want to creep up to the over 200's again, ever!
Wooo! I am SOOO happy. I'm now down to 189! I am out of the 190s baby! This means I lost over 2 pounds this week. This feels awesome, as I haven't been at this weight in a long time.
Excellent every one. I'm back to my 4 week rut it appears. For the last several (4 or 5) months, the first weigh in after TOM weigh in has been a no loss. I was so hoping for 2 to get to the 120 pound mark.
I have been having some pretty good losses, but it seems that every 4th Friday my body just says...give me a break! (If this means my skin is catching up on those weeks then Hallelujah!) Last weekend we also went to Kansas City for my class reunion. I stayed on plan, but ate at a maintaince level on Saturday and Sunday. I suffered the rest of the week! I also didn't eat the mega amounts of Veggies I normally consume. I was just too busy to slice/dice and peel!
I'm not sure. I'm coming off of TOM and my numbers are kind of jumping around this morning. I did have clothes on since I just quickly did my weigh in, but it was around 291-293 with one 286 thrown in there. Not sure what happened there lol.
Same as last week....163 but I count it a victory anyway because I have had several..ahem...extra things this week...no sugar added apple pie on anniversary...lunch at Popeyes....pizza one day...yeah...it was a victory believe me!!!
I weighed in this morning at 189, down 4 from last week. I am on a roll right now and just taking it while I can before I have to fight for every ounce again!
