I hope everyones day's going great . Mines going quite well if only I can stay away from the candy at my daughters Halloween party :)

Yesterday wasnt so great I fell off a bathtub and hurt my ankle so no exercise but it's feeling better today so I'll be back to the exercising .

Happy Halloween!! And so far it has been...I just now opened up the candy to put it in bowls for distributing, so I hope the wheels don't come off the bus, now that the candy is out of the bag:devil:...
To avoid any mishaps after today, I intend to give out all the candy I bought, even if that means the last bunch of trick or treaters has to drag their overflowing bags away from my door:rofl:

Morning fld20...looks like its down to just us two again...hope your Halloween was good...I came through fine...no candy, although there is quite a bit left over...we got way fewer kids this year...since my daughter doesn't eat chocolate, and my husband needs to lose ten pounds, I will send it off to work with him on Monday...in the meantime, I have to put it up away, out of sight...

I'm glad your Halloween went well . I did splurge and have a mini hershey but I was still about 400 calories lower than my daily calories so it wasnt so bad . We didnt get a single trick or treater so I have a whole bag of candy left . I made the hubby hide the candy I know if I get into it I'm going to want it :) The kids had a great time and for the first time I can remeber it was actually some what warm which was great.I hope your days going great !!

Congrats to you for staying under your limit on Halloween:D
I am impressed that you were able to have a treat and stop at that...that's always been my downfall...that's why right now, I am just not starting..no candy, cookies, cake, ice cream...anything that is my usual binge stuff...so far so good...let's hope it lasts:devil:

by the way, how often do you weigh in..or do you? Right now i am staying off the scale, because the fluctations can sometimes set off a binge for me...

Thanks !! I usually have that same problem . But this time I just really didnt want it which is odd as I'm a chocoholic :) . I'm glad your doing so well staying away from it.
I do weigh myself every morning I cant help myself if I dont know I panic and will starve myself all day worrying that I gained .

My day was actually pretty good yesterday . And now that I'm helping my mom at her motel again I'll have even less time to munch which is great .

Yesterday went pretty well . My new scale came and it actually weighs me 1lb less than my old one so that made me happy .

Yesterday went fine...i went to bed early, figuring, whatever was going to happen in the election was going to happen regardless of whether i stayed up...we didn't have to wait to vote...so that was good...
