Gah!! I just came back from my little daily workout and tucked into and apple and a little Eat Right Miso Soup from Safeway. I
just read the nutritional information and it has bloody 600mg of sodium in it.

How crazy is that? I have no idea what a person's intake should be first off and secondly...how did I not read the whole label?

Silly gal.
Anyone have any idea what a person should be getting for sodium in a day?
I think I'm eating sodium for four here.
